Delete your GoPlaneGo account

Request account deletion

In the app, sign in and open Profile > Delete Account & Data. Confirm the deletion to permanently remove your account and GoPlaneGo-controlled spotting data. You do not need to contact support to start or finish deletion.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel any active subscription in your store settings before deleting your account. The app offers a Manage subscription link during the deletion confirmation.

Data that is deleted

Deleting your account removes GoPlaneGo-controlled data including:

• your profile, sign-in identifiers, and account preferences;
• check-ins, saved spotting activity, stamps, and badges;
• social connections and notification preferences; and
• registered push-notification tokens.

You may also use the same email address to request deletion of specific GoPlaneGo activity without deleting your entire account.

Limited retention

We may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Where no longer required, residual copies are removed from active systems and backups through their normal deletion cycle, generally within 90 days.
