Account and check-in help
Tell us what happened, your device type, and the approximate time. For a flight or map issue, include the flight or tail number and a screenshot if available. Please do not send passwords.
Purchases
In the app, open Profile → Subscriptions and ads → Restore Purchases while signed in to the same GoPlaneGo and store accounts used for the purchase. If access is still missing, email us with your store and purchase date. See our purchase terms.
