GoPlaneGo purchase terms

Plans

Ad-Free removes banner ads. Ad-Free + Radius also provides a continuous 10-mile check-in radius while your subscription is active. The standard check-in radius is 5 miles. Live spotting sessions use their shared session radius.

The U.S. prices are $2 per month or $20 per year for Ad-Free, and $5 per month or $50 per year for Ad-Free + Radius. The store purchase screen shows the price, currency, billing period, and any applicable taxes before you confirm. Plans are available only where offered in the app.

Founding Supporter

Where offered, Founding Supporter is a one-time purchase. It removes banner ads for the life of GoPlaneGo and provides a continuous 10-mile check-in radius for the life of GoPlaneGo. Future paid features are not included in the founder purchase.

This is a limited launch offer. The store purchase screen shows the exact price and currency before confirmation. Founding Supporter does not cancel an existing subscription; cancel a subscription in your store settings if you no longer want it to renew.

Payment and renewal

Apple or Google charges your store account after purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Cancellation normally leaves your benefits available through the paid period; refunds and revocations can end access sooner. Deleting the app or your GoPlaneGo account does not cancel a store subscription.

Restore and account access

Sign in to the same GoPlaneGo account and choose Restore Purchases in Profile > Subscriptions and ads after reinstalling or changing devices. Your store account must have access to the purchase. Contact support before moving a purchase to a different GoPlaneGo account. An internet connection is required to verify purchases and check-in eligibility.

Optional rewarded videos

Where available, completed and verified rewarded videos grant a temporary 10-mile radius. The app shows the duration before you watch. Watching a video is optional, including on the Ad-Free plan. Availability depends on the ad provider and your privacy choices. A boost may take a short time to appear while verification completes. Rewards have no cash value.

Store terms and help

Apple purchases are also subject to Apple’s terms and standard app license agreement. Google purchases are subject to Google Play’s terms. Store refund policies apply to purchases made through those stores.
